Pro Cleaning Services Ottawa provides booking and coordination services by connecting clients with independent cleaning contractors. Cleaning services are performed by independent contractors, not by Pro Cleaning Services Ottawa.
All cleaning professionals referred through our platform are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Pro Cleaning Services Ottawa. Each contractor operates independently and is solely responsible for the quality, conduct, and outcome of the services they provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Pro Cleaning Services Ottawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from services booked through our platform. Any liability relating to a cleaning service shall be limited to direct damages proven to result from our negligence or breach of contract and shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service appointment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the result of a cleaning service, you must notify Pro Cleaning Services Ottawa within 12 hours of the service completion by contacting us at (343) 558-7591. We will first make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include arranging a complimentary rework of the affected areas. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through rework, Pro Cleaning Services Ottawa may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund where appropriate. All concerns should be directed to us—not to the contractor—and we will manage the resolution process on your behalf.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our booking service constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By requesting, booking, or accepting cleaning services through Pro Cleaning Services Ottawa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
